Restaurant365 pricing

Restaurant365 pricing, and why you cannot find a number

Restaurant365 publishes no pricing at all. Verified on 2026-07-24, its pricing page lists plan tiers and feature sets but shows no dollar figures anywhere, and the only button is Get a Custom Quote. If you came here looking for a monthly cost, that is why you could not find one. Below is what a third-party directory reports, clearly labeled as their reporting and not Restaurant365's own published price, what tends to move a quote, and what Smooth Ops charges in the open: $25 a month per module per location, or $99 a month per location for everything. What third parties report Restaurant365 costs

Since Restaurant365 publishes nothing, the only figures in circulation come from software directories that collect them from buyers and vendor briefings. The most specific one we could verify is SelectHub, which reported the following in June 2026. Read these as a ballpark from a third party, not as prices Restaurant365 stands behind. Your quote can land outside these ranges in either direction.

PlanPublished by Restaurant365Reported by SelectHub, June 2026
EssentialNo price published$469 to $499 a month
ProfessionalNo price published$689 to $749 a month
Higher tiers and add-onsNo price publishedNot reported as a figure. Quote only.

To say it once more plainly, because it matters: Restaurant365 has not stated these numbers. SelectHub reported them in June 2026, and we are passing them along with the attribution attached. If you want a number Restaurant365 will honor, you have to request a quote.

What actually moves a Restaurant365 quote

Restaurant365 does not publish a pricing formula, so the honest version is: here are the variables visible on its own pricing page as of July 2026, and here is what to ask about. We are not going to invent a setup fee or a per-location rate, because Restaurant365 has not published either one.

  • Plan tier. Restaurant365 shows tiers on its pricing page, with accounting capability layered on top of operations at the higher tiers. The tier you need is usually decided by whether you want the general ledger inside the same system.
  • Number of locations. A platform sold to multi-unit groups scales with units. Ask exactly how the monthly number changes when you open location four, and get it in writing before you sign.
  • Modules you switch on. Accounting, inventory, scheduling, and payroll are separable pieces of the platform. Taking more of them is what turns an Essential-shaped quote into a Professional-shaped one.
  • Implementation and onboarding. Any accounting platform rollout involves a chart of accounts, vendor setup, POS mapping, and staff training. Restaurant365 does not publish what it charges for that, so ask for the one-time cost as a separate line next to the monthly cost. Treat any number you see quoted online for implementation, including on this page, as unverified unless Restaurant365 puts it in your proposal.
  • Contract length. Quoted enterprise software commonly comes with an annual term. Ask what happens at month seven if it is not working out.

Side by side with pricing you can read before you call anyone

Smooth Ops publishes its price. It is $25 a month per module per location, $99 a month per location for everything, and Sourcing is free once you have Food Cost and Invoices. Nothing is by quote, and the arithmetic below is just multiplication you can redo yourself on the pricing page.

SetupMonthlyPer year
Restaurant365 Essential, as reported by SelectHub June 2026$469 to $499 reported$5,628 to $5,988 at those reported rates
Restaurant365 Professional, as reported by SelectHub June 2026$689 to $749 reported$8,268 to $8,988 at those reported rates
Smooth Ops Food Cost + Invoices, 1 location$50 published$600, Sourcing included free
Smooth Ops Everything, 1 location$99 published$1,188
Smooth Ops Everything, 3 locations$297 published$3,564

The three-location worked example

Say you run three restaurants and want every module at all three. Smooth Ops Everything is $99 per location per month, so 3 times $99 is $297 a month, and 12 times $297 is $3,564 a year. That is the whole calculation, and it does not change based on who you talk to. Start smaller and it gets cheaper: Food Cost plus Invoices at three locations is 3 times $50, so $150 a month, $1,800 a year, with Sourcing thrown in.

The fair caveat: the SelectHub ranges are per what SelectHub reported and we do not know how Restaurant365 bills multiple locations, because Restaurant365 does not say. So we are not going to multiply their number by three and put it in a table as if it were fact. What we can say is that a single reported Essential seat at $469 to $499 a month is already above what three Smooth Ops locations cost on the top plan. If you want to check your own numbers before shopping at all, the free food cost calculator will tell you what your dishes actually earn.

Who each one is honestly for

Restaurant365 fits when

  • You run a larger group and multi-unit reporting is a weekly demand
  • You have a bookkeeper, controller, or accounting firm who will live in the system daily
  • You want the general ledger, AP, payroll, and operations in one platform rather than stitched together
  • You have the time and staff to run a proper implementation, and a budget that absorbs a quoted annual contract

This is a genuinely deep accounting platform. If that is the problem you have, it is built for it, and no amount of module-priced simplicity replaces a real restaurant general ledger.

Smooth Ops fits when

  • You are the owner or operator doing this yourself, across one to a handful of locations
  • You want food cost, invoices, and vendor prices under control, not a full accounting migration
  • You want to see the price before you talk to a salesperson
  • You want to start with one module and add more only if the first earns it

Smooth Ops is one app with nine modules: Food Cost, Invoices, Sourcing, Payments, Cash, Inventory, Tips, Tasks, and Schedule. It imports your Profit and Loss from QuickBooks rather than replacing your accountant. Built by operators with 14+ years of restaurant operations across 20+ locations.

Restaurant365 pricing FAQ

How much does Restaurant365 cost per month?+

Restaurant365 does not publish a price. Verified on 2026-07-24, its pricing page lists plan tiers and features but no dollar figures, and the only option is Get a Custom Quote. Third-party directory SelectHub reported in June 2026 that Restaurant365 runs about $469 to $499 a month for Essential and $689 to $749 a month for Professional. Those are SelectHub's reported ranges, not numbers Restaurant365 publishes, so treat them as a ballpark and get your own quote.

Why does Restaurant365 not publish pricing?+

Restaurant365 has not stated a public reason, so anything beyond that is guesswork. What is visible on the page as of July 2026 is that pricing is handled by quote, which is common for platforms sold to multi-unit groups where the final number depends on location count, which modules you take, and how much accounting scope you hand over.

What drives the Restaurant365 quote up or down?+

Based on what Restaurant365 shows on its own pricing page as of July 2026, the quote varies with the plan tier you pick, the number of locations, and whether you add accounting on top of operations. Onboarding and implementation are also part of a platform rollout of this size, so ask sales to put any one-time setup cost in writing next to the monthly figure. We do not publish an implementation number because Restaurant365 does not publish one.

What does Smooth Ops cost compared to Restaurant365?+

Smooth Ops is $25 a month per module per location, or $99 a month per location for everything, published openly with no quote needed. Three locations on the Everything plan is $297 a month, which works out to $3,564 a year. The SelectHub reported range for a single Restaurant365 Essential seat, $469 to $499 a month, is already above that before multiplying by locations. SelectHub reported those figures in June 2026; Restaurant365 publishes none.

Is Restaurant365 worth it?+

For a larger group with a dedicated bookkeeper or controller, quite possibly yes. Restaurant365 bundles restaurant accounting, a full general ledger, AP, payroll, and scheduling in one platform, which is real work an independent operator with one or two locations usually does not need. If you already have accounting staff and multi-unit reporting demands, it is a serious tool. If you are the owner doing books at night, you are paying for depth you will not use.

Can I try Smooth Ops before committing?+

Yes. 30 days free, no credit card. Month to month after that, no contract, cancel anytime, and the price is on the pricing page before you talk to anyone.
